LOVE OUR SENIORS & VETERANS

Some of Orange’s most deserving yet most vulnerable citizens are the seniors and veterans.  We work with some of the cities greatest agencies to provide a better way of life for them.

HOME RESTORATION:
In response to requests from the city, local partners have restored dignity and a place to live in over 40 situations.   Because the referrals come without warning, it is hard to plan out when a work day will be far in advance.  Keep an eye on this page for current opportunities to serve.

SOUL HEALING HEROES - Sending Virtual Encouragement Cards
Where there is vulnerability in our society there is work to be done. We advocate for one of the most voiceless members of our society - residents living in aging care communities. - Soul Rapha

The problem faced in aging care facilities today is clear: senior isolation and loneliness. With combined efforts, mixed with technology, senior citizens will no longer feel forgotten, isolated and disconnected from the community. A great way for you to get involved is to create a virtual greeting card for seniors citizens suffering in isolation and loneliness.
